Practical roof overhang: 1.50 m (approx. 4 ft 11 in) to provide additional protection from the elements.
High-performance roofing: anti-condensation steel sheet roof (0.63 mm standard) with an optional 40 mm (approx. 1.57 in) insulation panel for improved thermal comfort.
