The HORIZONT ranger® AN3000 is a 2-in-1 fence energiser designed to operate from a 12 V battery. The battery connection lead is integrated into the unit, allowing it to be connected directly to any rechargeable 12 V battery.
A second connection on the rear of the unit allows an optional 230 V mains power adaptor to be connected (sold separately, Ref. 9HOR47PSU0010FEU).
When connected to both the 230 V adaptor and a 12 V battery, the energiser automatically switches to battery power in the event of a mains power failure. If fitted, a solar panel can also provide additional power.
